The Villa Octavia is located 50 meters from the Victor Hugo Museum; the Vacquerie's house bought by the General Council of Seine Maritime to remember the tragic death of the two spouses Léopoldine Hugo, daughter of Victor Hugo and Charles Vacquerie, who disappeared on September 4, 1843. The two young spouses drowned after a visit to the notary Me Bazire in Caudebec. The disappearance of Léopoldine affected the writer and poet in his writings until his death. The poem "Tomorrow at dawn", which is associated with the village and Victor Hugo's memory of his daughter, underlines the sorrow of the tragic and untimely disappearance of Leopoldine, nicknamed "Didine
